Privacy Policy for Final Answer
Last updated: June 28, 2026
Final Answer is a mobile trivia game developed by Sikora Works.
This policy explains what information the app may collect, how it is used, and how you can contact us. It applies to the iOS version of Final Answer available on the App Store.
No account required
Final Answer is designed to work without creating an account. You do not need to provide your name, email address, password, or a profile to play.
Information stored on your device
The app may store gameplay and preference data locally on your device. This helps the game work and remember your progress. It may include:
- current run progress
- selected answers during a run
- best run
- streaks
- sound, music, and haptics preferences
- Daily Challenge completion state
- settings and other preferences
This data stays on your device unless you choose features that send limited information to our services, as described below.
Gameplay summaries and backend data
When backend logging is enabled, the app may send limited gameplay summaries to our backend (hosted with Supabase). This is not a personal profile and is not linked to your name, email, or account.
This may include:
- an anonymous user ID generated on your device
- game mode, such as Ladder or Daily Challenge
- the question step reached
- final virtual prize and related prize values
- lifelines used
- whether you won, lost, or walked away
- run duration
- answers selected during the run as gameplay data (such as question IDs and selected answer IDs)
We use this information to understand game balance, difficulty, and overall quality so we can improve Final Answer.
Analytics
When product analytics is enabled (for example, through PostHog), we may collect basic usage information to understand how the app is used and to improve it.
This may include:
- app opens
- in-app events, such as starting or finishing a run
- lifelines used
- walk away actions
- device type
- operating system version
- app version and approximate performance-related data
Analytics events may include question IDs, answer IDs, and gameplay metadata. They do not include full question text or answer text.
We do not use analytics to collect contacts, photos, precise location, personal messages, or payment card or bank details.
Crash reporting and diagnostics
When crash reporting is enabled (for example, through Sentry), we may collect crash reports and error diagnostics to find and fix bugs.
This may include:
- error details
- device type
- operating system version
- app version
- technical logs or breadcrumbs needed to understand what happened
Ads and optional purchases
The current iOS version of Final Answer may show interstitial ads between completed game sessions. Ads are not intended to appear during active question gameplay.
Final Answer may also offer a one-time Remove Ads purchase. If you buy Remove Ads, Apple and our purchase infrastructure may process limited transaction and entitlement data needed to confirm the purchase and restore it later.
For this release, ads are configured as non-personalized. Final Answer does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission for ad tracking in this release.
Virtual prizes only — no real money
All prize values shown in Final Answer are virtual in-game values only. They have no cash value outside the app.
Final Answer does not offer real money prizes. The app does not include gambling, betting, deposits, withdrawals, cash rewards, or real-world rewards of any kind.
Third-party services
Final Answer may use third-party services to distribute, operate, analyze, and improve the app. Depending on configuration, these may include:
- Apple App Store and related Apple services
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads (interstitial advertising)
- Google Play services, if an Android version is released
- Supabase (backend and gameplay summaries)
- PostHog (product analytics)
- RevenueCat (purchase and entitlement management)
- Sentry (crash reporting)
Each provider has its own privacy practices. The services used may change as the app develops.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited technical, analytics, or gameplay data with service providers when needed to operate, test, analyze, and improve Final Answer.
Children's privacy
Final Answer is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will review the request and delete the information where appropriate.
Your choices, data deletion, and contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us at info@sikoraworks.com.
Because the app does not require an account, much of your data is stored on your device. You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device.
Backend gameplay summaries tied to an anonymous identifier may be reviewed or deleted where technically possible. Please include enough detail in your message for us to help.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Final Answer develops. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
