Terms of Use for Brain Puzzle: Brain Training

Entertainment only — not an IQ test

Brain Puzzle is a game for entertainment and casual brain training. It is not an official IQ test, psychological assessment, medical device, or diagnostic tool. Brain Score, category ratings, streaks, and other in-app metrics are performance indicators within the game only. They do not certify intelligence, predict academic or professional outcomes, or replace advice from qualified professionals.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Brain Puzzle. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to these Terms, you may use the app only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Free tier and usage limits

Brain Puzzle is free to download and play with certain limits. Free users may complete one brain test per UTC calendar day and one Daily Challenge per UTC day. Free users may see interstitial ads after completed sessions, subject to frequency caps.

Free users can view limited stats history (the most recent sessions) and a teaser of Pro features such as personalized training and full results breakdowns. We may adjust free-tier limits as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms.

Brain Pro subscriptions

Brain Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features, including unlimited brain tests, ad-free completed sessions, full stats history, category charts, complete results breakdowns, and personalized training.

Brain Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Available plans (such as monthly and yearly) and prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and store.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the store at the time of renewal.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial terms are displayed in the app and governed by the store's rules.
• Restore purchases: You can restore Brain Pro on a new device using the Restore Purchases option in Settings, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process subscription refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except where permitted by law
• use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits to manipulate scores, streaks, or limits
• interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers, or third-party services
• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable store policies
• misrepresent Brain Score or app results as official IQ or medical findings

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or abused the service.

Intellectual property

Brain Puzzle, including its puzzles, visuals, branding, software, and content, is owned by Sikora Works or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Brain Puzzle is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Brain Score or training results will improve cognitive ability in any measurable real-world sense.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sikora Works and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Brain Puzzle.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Brain Puzzle will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Brain Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) ten US dollars (USD $10), if you have not made any purchases.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Third-party services

Brain Puzzle relies on third-party services including Apple, Google, AdMob, PostHog, RevenueCat, and Sentry. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update Brain Puzzle and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sikora Works, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
