Frequently asked questions
How many brain tests can I play per day?
Free users can complete one brain test per UTC calendar day. The Daily Challenge is also limited to one completion per UTC day. Brain Pro removes the daily brain-test limit so you can practice as often as you like. The Daily Challenge limit applies to all users in the current version.
How do I restore my Brain Pro purchase?
Open Brain Puzzle, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. If restore does not work, contact us with your store receipt and we will help troubleshoot.
What does Brain Score mean?
Brain Score is an in-app performance metric from 0 to 160. You earn 10 points per correct answer plus up to 6 bonus points for answering quickly. It reflects how you performed in a session — it is not an official IQ result, medical score, or certification of intelligence.
What do I get with Brain Pro?
Brain Pro unlocks unlimited brain tests, removes interstitial ads after completed sessions, shows your full stats history and category charts, provides complete per-session results breakdowns, and gives you personalized training sessions focused on your weakest puzzle categories.
Will I see ads?
Free users may see interstitial ads after completed game sessions, with a frequency cap so ads do not appear after every single session. Ads never appear during active puzzle gameplay. Brain Pro subscribers do not see these interstitial ads.
What languages are supported?
Brain Puzzle launches in English. Additional languages may be added in future updates. You can change the app language from Settings when more locales become available.
How do I cancel Brain Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not directly by Sikora Works. On iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.
Is Brain Puzzle an official IQ test?
No. Brain Puzzle is a brain-training game for entertainment and self-improvement. Brain Score and category ratings are game metrics only. They should not be used for hiring, education placement, clinical assessment, or any purpose that requires a validated IQ or psychological test.
